From the Muara Beach area, head east towards Jalan Muara. Walk along this road until you reach the junction with Jalan McArthur. Turn left onto Jalan McArthur and continue walking for about 15 minutes. You will see the Brunei Energy Hub Dermaga Diraja on your right. The entrance is well marked and you will notice the large sign at the entrance.
