To reach Panaga Beach via public transport, take a bus that operates within the Panaga area. Catch a local bus from the main bus terminal in Bandar Seri Begawan heading towards Seria. Confirm with the driver that they will stop near H7X4+M79. The fare is around BND 5 from Bandar Seri Begawan to Seria. From Seria, you can take a taxi or ride-sharing service to Panaga Beach for approximately BND 10-15.

If driving, navigate to H7X4+M79, Panaga, using a GPS device. From the main road in Panaga, turn onto the road leading to the beach. Follow the signs for Panaga Beach. Limited parking is available near the beach, so arrive early, especially on weekends. From Sungai Liang, head east on Jalan Sungai Liang. Continue straight for approximately 4.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jalan Panaga. Continue on Jalan Panaga for about 3 kilometers, and you will see signs for Panaga Beach. Turn left onto H7X4+M79.
