If you are traveling by car, head southeast on Jalan Tutong from Tutong River. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Jalan Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien. Turn left onto this road and follow the signs to Bandar Seri Begawan. After about 15 kilometers, you will see signs for Brunei Waterfront. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at VWPV+MGF City Centre, Bandar Seri Begawan BS8811. Parking is available nearby, and there might be a small fee depending on the location.
