Getting There

Car
From the center of Bandar Seri Begawan, head east on Jalan Tutong. After approximately 30 km, turn onto the Temburong Highway (Jalan Temburong) and continue for about 7 km until you reach the Temburong River. Park your car at the designated parking area near the river. You will need to take a water taxi (also known as a longboat) to cross the river to reach the Ulu Temburong National Park entrance. The water taxi costs around BND 20 per person one way.

Take a bus from Bandar Seri Begawan to Bangar, the capital of Temburong District. Buses run regularly and the fare is approximately BND 2 to BND 3. Once you arrive in Bangar, head to the riverfront where you can catch a water taxi (longboat) to cross the river and enter Ulu Temburong National Park. The water taxi will cost around BND 20 per person one way.
