If you are driving from Vitosha Mountain, take the main road leading out of the mountain area towards Sofia. Follow the signs for 'Sofia' until you reach the intersection with the Ring Road (also known as 'Okolovrasten Pat'). Merge onto the Ring Road and continue until you see signs for 'Bulgaria Blvd'. Take the exit towards 'Bulgaria Blvd' and continue straight. Turn left onto 'Evlogi i Hristo Georgiev Blvd'. The Vasil Levski National Stadium will be on your right within Borisova Gradina Park. Parking is available around the park, but be aware that there may be fees depending on the time of day.

From Vitosha Mountain, you can take a bus to Sofia city center. Look for bus routes that head to 'Sofia' such as bus number 63 or 122. Once you arrive at the central bus station in Sofia, transfer to bus number 94, which will take you towards Borisova Gradina. Get off at the stop 'Evlogi i Hristo Georgiev Blvd'. From there, it is a short walk to Vasil Levski National Stadium, which will be on your left. The bus fare is approximately 1.60 BGN (Bulgarian Lev).
