To reach collinr Kagwema, start from the center of Cibitoke. Head south on Avenue de l'Indépendance towards the main market. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue du 28 Novembre. Turn left onto Avenue du 28 Novembre and walk straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass local shops and small eateries. Keep an eye on your right side; shortly after passing the local school, you will see a sign for Rugano. Turn right onto the unpaved road leading to Rugano and walk for another 500 meters until you reach the entrance of collinr Kagwema, which is marked by a small park sign.

If you wish to bike to collinr Kagwema, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Cibitoke. Begin your ride by heading south on Avenue de l'Indépendance towards the main market. After 1 kilometer, turn left onto Avenue du 28 Novembre. Continue biking straight for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the local school, look for the sign directing you to Rugano on your right. Turn right onto the unpaved road and bike approximately 500 meters to arrive at collinr Kagwema. Be cautious of the rough terrain as you approach the park.
