    If you are in downtown Antioch, start by walking to the Antioch BART station located at 2 E 18th St, Antioch, CA 94509. From there, take the BART train towards the Pittsburgh/Bay Point direction. Get off at the Bay Point station. Upon arrival, transfer to the County Connection bus #100 towards Antioch. After two stops, get off at the Bridgehead Rd/Wilbur Ave stop. Walk east on Bridgehead Rd for about 5 minutes until you reach the Antioch/Oakley Regional Shoreline entrance.
