Public Transit - Bus
From Castro Valley BART station, take the BART train towards San Francisco/Daly City. Ride the train to the Montgomery St. station. Once you arrive, transfer to the Muni bus. Take the 7 or 71 Muni bus towards Haight-Ashbury. Get off at the stop near Haight St and Fillmore St. From there, walk east on Haight St for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Evolutionary Rainbow at 1705 Haight St.
Public Transit - Train & Walking
Start at Castro Valley BART station. Board a BART train in the direction of San Francisco. Get off at the Powell St. station. From Powell St., walk to the Powell St. Muni station and take the N Judah line towards Ocean Beach. Transfer at the Duboce Park station to the 6 Muni bus towards the Haight. Get off at the stop on Haight St near Stanyan St. Walk east on Haight St for approximately 10 minutes until you arrive at 1705 Haight St, the location of Evolutionary Rainbow.
Walking
If you are already in Castro Valley, you can walk to the Castro Valley BART station. From the station, take the BART train to San Francisco. After arriving, follow the above instructions for public transit options. Note that walking from Castro Valley to San Francisco directly is not practical, as it is approximately 20 miles; public transit is recommended.
