Continue on I-8 E for about 60 miles until you reach Yuma, Arizona. Take exit 2B for 4th Ave and turn left onto 4th Ave. Drive straight until you reach Prison Hill Rd, then turn right. The Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park will be on your left at 220 Prison Hill Rd, Yuma, AZ 85364. Make sure to check for parking availability near the park entrance.
