Get off at 'Culver City' station, then transfer to the 'Culver City Bus' Line 1 towards 'Venice'. Stay on the bus until you reach 'Ocean Front Walk / Venice Beach'. From there, it's a short walk to the Venice Beach Recreation Center located at 1800 Ocean Front Walk. Just head straight towards the ocean!

If you are near the Hollywood area, you can take the Metro Red Line from 'Hollywood/Highland' station to 'Union Station'. At Union Station, transfer to the Metro Expo Line towards 'Santa Monica'. Get off at 'Venice / Pacific' station. From there, walk west towards the beach, and you'll find the recreation center at 1800 Ocean Front Walk, right on the beachfront.
