    From Sonoma Plaza, head north on Highway 12/Sonoma Highway for approximately 7 miles. Look for the Sonoma Valley Regional Park sign. Limited free parking is available on Arnold Drive, just past the gray bridge, near the less formal trailhead with a sign for Suttonfield Lake. Parking within Sonoma Valley Regional Park requires a $7 fee.

    If starting from Glen Ellen, follow Arnold Drive south for about a mile. The lake is accessible via a trailhead on the east side of Arnold Drive, just past the gray bridge. Be cautious of traffic while walking along the road. No specific fees apply for walking to the lake.
