Walking
If you are starting from downtown Santa Barbara, head west on State Street towards the beach. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Cabrillo Boulevard. Turn left (south) onto Cabrillo Boulevard and walk along the coast for about 1.5 miles. You will pass several parks and beachfront areas. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with E Montecito Street. Continue straight, and after approximately 0.3 miles, you will see Poet Tree on your right at the location C736+3J2.

Public Transportation
From downtown Santa Barbara, you can take the MTD (Muni Transportation District) bus. Catch the Line 1 or Line 2 bus from State Street. The bus will take you towards the west end. Make sure to get off at the stop at Cabrillo Blvd & Montecito St. From there, walk south along Cabrillo Boulevard for about 0.5 miles, and you will see Poet Tree on your left at the location C736+3J2.
