Walking

From the intersection of State St and Cabrillo Blvd, walk towards the ocean on Stearns Wharf. The Dolphin Fountain marks the entrance. The walk is approximately 0.2 miles and takes about 5 minutes. No costs are associated with walking.
Public Transport

Take the Downtown-Waterfront Shuttle to the Stearns Wharf stop. The shuttle operates frequently, with fares of $0.50 for a one-way trip or $0.25 for seniors and people with disabilities. A $1 day pass offers unlimited rides. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, Friday through Sunday, from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Check the MTD website for the most up-to-date schedule.
Driving

From Highway 101, exit onto State Street and head towards the ocean. Turn onto Cabrillo Boulevard and then onto Stearns Wharf. Parking is available on the wharf for $3.00 per hour, with the first 90 minutes free. The maximum daily rate is $30.00. Alternatively, park in nearby lots along Cabrillo Boulevard for $2.50 per hour, with a $15.00 daily maximum. Valet parking is available at The Harbor Restaurant.
Taxi/Ride-Share

Request a taxi or ride-share to Stearns Wharf. Most drivers will drop you off at the entrance of the wharf at the intersection of State Street and Cabrillo Boulevard. Expect to pay around $8-$12 for a short ride from downtown Santa Barbara.
