    If you are starting from State Street, head towards the beach. Walk down State Street until you reach Cabrillo Boulevard, then turn left. Continue walking west along Cabrillo Boulevard for about 0.5 miles. The Veterans' Memorial Building is located at 112 W Cabrillo Blvd, on your right, just before you reach the intersection with Anacapa Street.
