    From Santa Clara, head to the nearest VTA Light Rail station, which is the 'Santa Clara Station' located at 1000 E. Santa Clara St. Board the Light Rail on the 'Blue Line' towards the 'Mountain View' direction. Travel for 6 stops and get off at 'Capitol Station.' From there, transfer to the VTA Bus Line 64 at the bus stop directly outside the station. Board the Bus Line 64 towards 'Eastridge.' After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Snell Ave & Cottle Rd' stop. Walk south on Snell Ave for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach Martial Cottle Park at 5283 Snell Ave, San Jose.
