If you are in downtown Santa Clara, walk to the nearest bus stop for the VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) bus service. Look for the VTA Route 22 heading towards 'Winchester & Campbell'. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the stop at 'Winchester & Stevens'. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk south on Winchester Boulevard to the Winchester Mystery House at 525 S Winchester Blvd, which will be on your left.

From the Santa Clara Transit Center, take the VTA Light Rail on the Blue Line towards 'Santa Teresa'. Disembark at the 'Winchester' station. Once you exit the station, head east on Winchester Boulevard. Walk about 15 minutes until you reach the Winchester Mystery House located at 525 S Winchester Blvd, which will be on your right.

If you are already near the Santa Clara University area, you can walk to the Winchester Mystery House. Start at the university and head southwest on Franklin St toward El Camino Real. Turn left onto El Camino Real, continue for about 0.5 miles, then turn right onto W. San Carlos St. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto Winchester Blvd. Walk for another 0.5 miles, and you will see the Winchester Mystery House at 525 S Winchester Blvd on your left.
