Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Santa Monica. Start at the Santa Monica Pier and follow the bike path along the beach. Keep biking south toward Venice Beach, and then continue heading south for about 5 miles. You will eventually arrive at Manhattan Beach. The bike path will lead you directly to the Manhattan Beach Pier. Once you get to the pier, park your bike at one of the bike racks available.
