To reach Point Vicente Lighthouse from Santa Monica, start by heading to the Santa Monica Bus Terminal located at 4th St & Arizona Ave. Here, you can catch the Metro Line 20 bus heading towards 'Huntington Park.' Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes, and get off at the bus stop at 'Western Ave / Palos Verdes Dr W.' From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to Point Vicente Lighthouse. Head south on Western Ave until you reach Palos Verdes Dr W, then turn left and walk until you see the lighthouse.

Bicycle Rentals
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Santa Monica (such as Santa Monica Bike Center). Start your journey by heading south along the beach path towards the Marvin Braude Bike Trail. Continue on the trail, which will take you through scenic views. When you reach the end of the trail, turn onto Palos Verdes Dr W. The lighthouse is located about 3 miles ahead. Make sure to follow bike paths and obey traffic signals along the way.
