Getting There

    From the center of Kampot, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head south on Street 726 until you reach the riverfront. Follow the river south until you reach the junction with National Road 3. Turn left onto National Road 3 and continue for about 4 kilometers. Look for signs pointing towards the Salt Fields, which are located just off the main road. The fields will be on your right.

  • Tuk-tuk

    Find a tuk-tuk at a designated tuk-tuk stand or flag one down in the city center. Tell the driver you want to go to the Salt Fields. They will generally know the location, as it is a popular tourist spot. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Be sure to negotiate the fare before you depart.
