If you are driving, start from Preah Vihear City. Head northwest on National Road 64 for about 30 kilometers. Turn left onto Route 64A at the sign for Ban Sua Mi. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction. Turn right onto the dirt road leading to Preah Nimit Waterfall. The waterfall is located about 5 kilometers down this road. Be prepared for some rough patches; a 4x4 vehicle is recommended.

To reach Preah Nimit Waterfall using public transport, take a bus or shared taxi from Preah Vihear City to Ban Sua Mi. The journey will take about 1 hour and costs around $5.
