From the center of Sihanoukville, head towards Ekareach Street (the main road). Walk along Ekareach Street heading southeast until you reach the intersection with Street 23. Turn left onto Street 23 and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Street 2A. Follow Street 2A until you see a sign for Moat Peam. Turn right onto the Unnamed Road where the Statue of Preah Thong Neang Neak is located. The statue will be on your left.

Hail a tuk-tuk from your location in Sihanoukville. Inform the driver that you want to go to the Statue of Preah Thong Neang Neak located on the Unnamed Road in Moat Peam. The driver should take you along Ekareach Street towards the roundabout. After the roundabout, they will turn right onto Street 2A, and then take a right onto the Unnamed Road. The tuk-tuk will drop you off near the statue.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the center of Sihanoukville and ride towards Ekareach Street. Continue southeast along Ekareach Street until you reach the intersection with Street 23. Turn left onto Street 23, and then continue to the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Street 2A. Keep cycling straight until you see a sign for Moat Peam and turn right onto the Unnamed Road. The statue will be located along this road on your left.
