From Nkongsamba, the most common way to reach Ekom Nkam Waterfalls is by taxi or moto-taxi (motorbike taxi). Negotiate the price before departure; a taxi should cost around 10,000 XAF ($17 USD) for a return trip including waiting time, while a moto-taxi may be around 5,000 XAF ($9 USD). The journey is approximately 20 kilometers northeast of Nkongsamba, taking you on the N5 road towards Melong II. Look for a large sign indicating the turnoff to Ekom Waterfalls, then follow the unpaved road for about 10 kilometers to the entrance.

If driving from Nkongsamba, follow the N5 road north towards Melong II. About 5 km south of Melong, watch for a prominent sign indicating the turnoff to Ekom Waterfalls. Turn onto the unpaved road and continue for approximately 10 kilometers to reach the falls. Be cautious, as the road can be rough, especially during the rainy season. Parking is available near the entrance. There is an entrance fee of 3,000 XAF ($5 USD) per person. An extra fee of 500 XAF ($1 USD) is charged for cameras and mobile phones.
