Take the Metro Orange Line from any station in Montreal. If you're starting at Bonaventure Station, board the train heading towards Côte-Vertu. Get off at McGill Station (the 3rd stop). Once you exit the station, take the escalator up to the street level. As you emerge, you will be at the intersection of Rue University and Rue Sherbrooke. Walk east on Sherbrooke St W for about 5 minutes, and you will reach McGill University at 845 Sherbrooke St W.

Bus

If you are near the downtown area, you can take Bus #24 or #144. Board the bus going towards the 'Guy-Concordia' stop.
