Getting There

Metro
From downtown Montreal, take the Green Line (Line 1) of the Metro at the Bonaventure station in the direction of Angrignon. Ride for 6 stops and get off at the Jean-Drapeau station. Transfer to the Yellow Line (Line 2) and head towards Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke. After 2 stops, get off at Berri-UQAM station. Transfer back to the Green Line (Line 1) heading towards Côte-Vertu. Ride for 4 stops and get off at the Côte-des-Neiges station. From there, exit the station and walk north on Côte-des-Neiges Road for about 15 minutes until you reach Queen Mary Road. Turn left onto Queen Mary Road, and after a short walk, you will see Saint Joseph's Oratory on your right.

If you prefer to take the bus, from the Jean-Mance Park area (near downtown), you can catch the 166 bus at the Mont-Royal Metro station. Ride the bus for about 20 minutes, passing through various neighborhoods. Get off at the Queen Mary Road stop. From there, it is just a 5-minute walk up Queen Mary Road where you will find Saint Joseph's Oratory on your left.

If you are staying close to Mount Royal Park, you can walk to Saint Joseph's Oratory. Start from the park entrance at the corner of Avenue des Pins and Avenue du Mont-Royal. Walk south on Avenue du Mont-Royal, then turn left onto Chemin de la Côte-des-Neiges. Continue straight until you reach Queen Mary Road, then turn right. Walk along Queen Mary Road for approximately 10-15 minutes. The Oratory will be on your right, easily visible due to its large dome.
