Walking
If you are starting from the Niagara Falls Visitor Center, head south on Queen Victoria Park Road towards the Niagara River. Continue walking along the riverbank until you reach the Niagara Parkway. At this point, turn right onto the Niagara Parkway and walk along this scenic route. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 20 minutes). You will pass the Floral Showhouse on your left. Keep an eye out for Old Scow Lookout Point, which will be on your left. Look for signs indicating the lookout point.

Public Transit
From the Niagara Falls Main Transit Terminal, take the WEGO Green Line towards the 'Table Rock' stop. Get off at the 'Table Rock' stop and transfer to the WEGO Blue Line. Ride the Blue Line towards 'Niagara Parks' and get off at the 'Niagara Parks' stop. From there, walk north along the Niagara Parkway for about 700 meters (approximately 10 minutes) until you reach Old Scow Lookout Point, which will be on your left. Follow the signs for the lookout point.

If you have access to a bike, start at the Niagara Falls Visitor Center. Ride south along the paved bike paths towards the Niagara Parkway. Once you reach the Niagara Parkway, turn right and continue riding for about 1.5 kilometers (approximately 10 minutes). You will pass the Floral Showhouse on your left. Old Scow Lookout Point will be on your left side. Make sure to park your bike in the designated area near the lookout point.
