If you are starting from Union Station, take the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) Line 1 (Yonge-University) subway northbound towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Get off at St. George Station (approximately 5 stops). At St. George, transfer to Line 2 (Bloor-Danforth) subway, heading west towards Kipling. Get off at the next stop, Spadina Station. From Spadina Station, exit the station and walk south on Spadina Avenue.

Continue walking south on Spadina Avenue until you reach Nassau Street (approximately 5 minutes). Turn left onto Nassau Street, and you will soon arrive at Kensington Market. The market is located at 88 Nassau St #66, where you can explore the vibrant shops, eateries, and cultural landmarks.

Streetcar
From downtown Toronto, you can also take the TTC streetcar. If you are near Queen Street, board the 501 Queen streetcar heading west. Get off at Spadina Avenue and walk north for about 10 minutes. Turn left onto Nassau Street, and you'll arrive at Kensington Market.

If you are near the Bloor Street area, take the 7 Bathurst bus southbound. Get off at the intersection of Bathurst and College Street. From there, transfer to the 506 College streetcar heading west and get off at Spadina Avenue. Walk south on Spadina Avenue and then turn left onto Nassau Street to reach Kensington Market.
