Stay on the streetcar until you reach the intersection of Queen St W and Spadina Ave. Get off here and transfer to the 510 Spadina streetcar. Board the 510 Spadina streetcar heading north. After approximately 5 stops, get off at the Richmond St W stop. Walk west along Richmond St W for about 5 minutes. The Museum of Toronto will be located at 401 Richmond St W LL01.

    If you are near a subway station, board the Line 1 Yonge-University subway train at any station heading towards Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. Get off at the St. Andrew station. From St. Andrew, take Exit 1 towards King St W. Walk west along King St W until you reach Spadina Ave. Turn right (north) on Spadina Ave and walk for about 10 minutes.
