Public Transit - Subway and Bus
From downtown Toronto, take the Yonge-University subway line (Line 1) northbound to the Finch Station. At Finch Station, transfer to the York Region Transit (YRT) bus 39 or the TTC bus 39 to Meadowvale Road. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Meadowvale Rd at the Toronto Zoo entrance. The zoo will be on your left.

If you're starting from the Scarborough Town Centre, take the TTC bus route 21 to Scarborough Golf Club Road. Once you reach the stop, transfer to bus route 86 (Scarborough) heading eastbound. Stay on the bus until you arrive at Meadowvale Rd. The Toronto Zoo will be a short walk from the bus stop.
