Getting There

    If you are in the heart of the Exchange District, you can easily reach Dalnavert Museum and Visitors' Centre by walking. Start at the intersection of Main Street and Bannatyne Avenue. Head east on Bannatyne Avenue towards the Forks. Continue until you reach the end of Bannatyne Avenue and turn left onto the busy Main Street. Walk north on Main Street for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Carlton Street. Turn right onto Carlton Street and continue walking for another 2 minutes. The museum will be on your left at 61 Carlton St. Look for the distinctive Victorian architecture of the building.

    To take the bus to Dalnavert Museum, head to the nearest bus stop located on Main Street. Board a bus heading towards the University of Winnipeg (Route 11 or Route 12).
