Getting There

• Public Bus

  From the main bus terminal in Curicó, take a local bus heading towards 'Romeral'. Make sure to check the bus schedule as buses may run infrequently. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach 'Los Quenes', which is the closest stop to Quebrada Las Trancas Park. Once you get off, you will need to walk about 15 minutes along the J-25 road. Look for signs pointing towards the park or ask locals for directions.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous, renting a bicycle in Curicó can be a great way to reach Quebrada Las Trancas Park. Start at the Plaza de Armas in Curicó and head northwest on Avenida O'Higgins. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with J-25. Turn left onto J-25 and continue for about 8 kilometers. The park entrance will be on your right. The total ride is approximately 40-50 minutes depending on your speed.

• Walking

  For those who enjoy hiking, you can walk to Quebrada Las Trancas Park. Start at Plaza de Armas, walk north on Calle Prat, then take Avenida O'Higgins until you reach J-25. This will be a long walk of around 10 kilometers and will take approximately 2 hours. Keep in mind that the route includes some uphill sections, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Look for local signs that might guide you towards the park.
