Car
If you are driving to Parque Balmaceda, start by entering the main road towards Providencia. Use Route 5 (Panamericana) and take the exit towards Avenida 11 de Septiembre. Continue on this avenue until you reach Avenida Providencia. Turn left onto Avenida Providencia, and follow it until you see the park entrance on your right, just before reaching the intersection with Calle Antonio Varas. There is limited street parking available nearby, so be sure to keep an eye out for parking signs.

Public Transportation
To reach Parque Balmaceda using public transportation, first find the nearest Metro station. If you are near Line 1 (the Red Line), board the train heading towards Pajaritos. Get off at the Los Heroes station and transfer to Line 2 (the Yellow Line). Take the train towards Vespucio Norte, and get off at the Tobalaba station. From Tobalaba, take the bus number 405 or 516, which will take you directly to Parque Balmaceda. The bus stop is located right outside the park entrance. Make sure to have your Bip! card ready for payment.
