From the center of Santiago, take Route 5 Sur (Autopista del Sol) heading south. Continue on Route 5 for about 24 kilometers until you reach the exit for Pirque. Take the exit and follow signs towards Pirque. Once in Pirque, follow Avenida José María Caro and then turn onto Camino Orilla del Río. Continue until you reach the entrance of Río Clarillo National Park. Note that there is an entrance fee to the park, so be prepared to pay upon arrival.
