If you are traveling by car, head towards Santiago city center. From the Santiago Metropolitan Region, take Route 5 (Panamericana) and follow signs for Santiago Centro. Once you reach the city center, look for Calle Morandé and turn onto it. Continue straight until you reach Plaza de Armas. The Museum of National History of Chile is located at Pl. de Armas 951. There is limited street parking available near the museum, so be prepared to search for a parking spot or consider using a paid parking garage in the area.

To reach the museum using the Santiago Metro, take Line 1 (the red line) and get off at the Plaza de Armas station.
