Walking
Starting from Plaza Muñoz Gamero, head south on Avenida Colón. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida Independencia. Turn left onto Avenida Independencia and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by several shops and cafes along the way. Keep walking until you reach the corner with Avenida Manuel Señoret. Turn right onto Avenida Manuel Señoret and continue straight for about 300 meters. You'll see the entrance to Cerro de la Cruz on your left, where you can begin your hike up to the observation deck.

From Plaza Muñoz Gamero, take bus number 9 or 10 from the nearby bus stop. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop at Almte. Manuel Señoret. Get off and head towards the Cerro de la Cruz entrance, which is approximately 200 meters ahead. Follow the path leading up to the observation deck for stunning views of Punta Arenas.
