Turn right onto Calle 68 and walk for about 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Jardín Botánico de Bogotá José Celestino Mutis on your left.

From Parque de la 93, walk to the closest TransMilenio station, which is 'Calle 100' station. Take the TransMilenio bus towards 'El Dorado' (line E). Get off at the 'Calle 68' station. From there, walk approximately 600 meters south on Avenida José Celestino Mutis to reach the Jardín Botánico. Note that a single ride on the TransMilenio costs 2,500 COP.
