Walking
From Parque de la 93, head southwest on Calle 93 towards Avenida 11. Continue straight until you reach Avenida 11. Turn left onto Avenida 11 and walk for about 1.5 km until you reach Calle 68. Turn right onto Calle 68 and walk for about 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Jardín Botánico de Bogotá José Celestino Mutis on your left.

From Parque de la 93, walk to the closest TransMilenio station, which is 'Calle 100' station. Take the TransMilenio bus towards 'El Dorado' (line E). Get off at the 'Calle 68' station. From there, walk approximately 600 meters south on Avenida José Celestino Mutis to reach the Jardín Botánico. Note that a single ride on the TransMilenio costs 2,500 COP.

Walk to the nearest bus stop at Parque de la 93. Look for a bus that goes towards Engativá. You can take any bus that stops near 'Avenida José Celestino Mutis' such as the 'C9' or 'C7' routes. Once you get off at the stop closest to the Jardín Botánico, walk about 400 meters east. The entrance will be on your right. The bus fare is typically around 2,400 COP.
