Look for buses with routes that indicate 'San Antonio' or 'Centro'. The fare is approximately 2,200 COP. After about 5-7 minutes, you will get off at the San Antonio stop. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to the chapel, heading northeast on Cra. 4c.
