Public Bus
From the city center (Centro), head to the nearest bus stop and take the bus heading towards Comuna 3. Buses that go through Avenida 3N are ideal. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Quebrada La Maria. The ride will take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you get off, walk towards Calle 8, and you should see signs directing you to the entrance of Quebrada La Maria.
MetroPlus
Start at the closest MetroPlus station, such as the Estación San Pedro. Take the MetroPlus towards the Estación Universidad del Valle. Transfer to the bus route at the Universidad del Valle station that goes towards Comuna 3. Inform the bus driver of your destination, Quebrada La Maria. After about 20 minutes, get off at the designated stop and follow the directions to the entrance, which will be on your left.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental stations near Parque de los Gatos. Head west on Calle 5, then turn onto Avenida 3N towards Comuna 3. Follow the path along the river until you reach Quebrada La Maria. It's about a 45-minute ride. Look for signs along the way to help guide you.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and want to walk, start from the main square (Plaza de Caycedo) and head west on Calle 5. Continue straight until you reach Avenida 3N, then turn left. Walk straight for about 30 minutes until you see signs for Quebrada La Maria. It's a scenic route, and you'll pass through local neighborhoods with plenty of street vendors and shops.
