Follow the signs for the Corales del Rosario National Park (PNN Corales del Rosario y San Bernardo). The journey should take about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the entrance of the park, you will need to pay a small entrance fee, which is usually around 20,000 COP per person. After entering the park, follow the signs leading to Isla de Barú.

To reach Isla de Barú via public transportation, you can take a bus from the 'Portal de transporte' in Cartagena. Look for buses heading to Pasacaballos or Barú. The journey takes about 1 hour and costs around 5,000 COP. Ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Isla de Barú. Once you arrive at the Barú bus terminal, you can take a taxi or a motorbike taxi to the beach area. The taxi ride should cost around 10,000 COP.
