From Plaza José Prudencio Padilla in Riohacha, walk east on Calle 1 until you reach Carrera 3. Turn left (north) onto Carrera 3 and continue for about 5 blocks until you reach Calle 3. Turn right onto Calle 3 and continue for about 3 blocks until you see Malecón Playa on your left. There is no cost for walking.
