Walking
From downtown Canon City, begin at the intersection of Main Street and 4th Street. Head east on 4th Street until you reach the intersection with Royal Gorge Boulevard (US-50). Turn left (north) onto Royal Gorge Boulevard and continue for about 0.5 miles. Once you reach the intersection with County Road F24, turn right (east) onto County Road F24. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles until you see the entrance to Red Canyon Park on your right.

Biking
Start at the Canon City Riverwalk, located near the downtown area. Follow the Riverwalk north until you reach the intersection with the bike path heading east. Turn onto the bike path and continue to follow it for about 2 miles until you can merge onto Royal Gorge Boulevard (US-50). Once on Royal Gorge Boulevard, head south for a short distance before turning right onto County Road F24. Continue biking for about 1 mile, and you will see the entrance to Red Canyon Park on your right.
