Public Transit
Start at downtown Colorado Springs. Head to the nearest bus stop and catch the Mountain Metro Transit Route 3 towards Manitou Springs. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Manitou Ave & El Paso Blvd stop. From there, transfer to the Manitou Springs Shuttle which will take you directly to the entrance of Williams Canyon. The shuttle ride will take about 10 minutes. Once you arrive, follow the trailhead signs to Williams Canyon.

If you're comfortable riding a bike, start in downtown Colorado Springs. Head west on Colorado Ave until you reach the Manitou Springs border. Continue on Colorado Ave, which becomes Manitou Ave as you enter Manitou Springs. Follow Manitou Ave until you reach the intersection with El Paso Blvd. Turn left to head south on El Paso Blvd, and then follow the signs for Williams Canyon Trail. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.

Head east on Garden of the Gods Rd until you reach 30th St. Turn left and follow 30th St until it intersects with Colorado Ave. Turn right on Colorado Ave and continue heading west until you reach Manitou Springs. Once in Manitou Springs, continue on Colorado Ave until you reach El Paso Blvd. Turn left and follow the signs to Williams Canyon Trail. This walk is approximately 4 miles and may take around 1.5 to 2 hours.
