From downtown Fort Collins, locate the nearest MAX Bus Rapid Transit Station. Board the MAX bus towards the South Transit Center and get off at the Centre Avenue/Drake Road stop. Transfer to Bus Route 4 or 5 heading south, and exit at the stop for Centre Avenue and West Elizabeth Street. Walk east on Elizabeth Street, then turn left onto Centre Avenue; The Gardens will be on your right. A single bus fare is approximately $1.25-$2.00.

From downtown Fort Collins, head east on Mountain Avenue until you reach College Avenue (US-287). Cross College Avenue and continue east on Elizabeth Street. Turn right onto Centre Avenue, and The Gardens on Spring Creek will be on your left at 2145 Centre Ave. The walk is approximately 1.5 miles and takes about 30 minutes. There are no costs involved.

The Gardens on Spring Creek is located at 2145 Centre Ave. Free parking is available in the main lot off Centre Avenue and along Botanical Lane. During special events, overflow parking is also available. There are four accessible parking spaces near the main entrance. Parking is free.
