Walking
If you are in downtown Monument, start at the intersection of 2nd St and Washington St. Head south on Washington St towards 3rd St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Front St. Turn left on Front St and walk until you reach the intersection with Beacon Lite Rd. Turn right on Beacon Lite Rd and continue walking for about 1.5 miles. You will merge into CO-105 W. Continue walking along CO-105 W until you reach the junction with I-25. Cross the road carefully and head towards the trail that leads to Cottonwood Creek Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance.

Bicycle
Starting from the Monument Town Hall, head south on 2nd St and take a right onto Washington St. Continue on Washington St until you reach Front St, where you will turn left. Follow Front St until it turns into Beacon Lite Rd, which you will follow straight for about 1.5 miles. After merging onto CO-105 W, look for a bike path that runs adjacent to the road. Follow the bike path towards the entrance of Cottonwood Creek Park.
