    From I-95, take Exit 42 and follow the beach signs for about 2 miles to Captain Thomas Boulevard. Public parking lots are available in both directions. Parking fees are in effect from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Non-residents can expect to pay $10 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and $5 after 4 p.m.. Alternatively, metered parking is available at $1.50 per hour.

    If you're already in West Haven, follow the Savin Rock Trail. This 1.7-mile paved path connects Bradley Point Beach to Sandy Point, offering scenic views of Long Island Sound. The walkway is open 24 hours a day, year-round.
