    To get to the New York Botanical Garden from Norwalk, you can take the Metro-North Railroad from the Norwalk station. Board a train heading toward Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, transfer to the 4 train (green line) heading towards Woodlawn. You will travel for about 28 minutes. Get off at the Bronx Park East station. From there, it's a 15-minute walk to the Botanical Garden. Exit the station and walk north on Bronx Park East until you reach Southern Boulevard. Turn right on Southern Boulevard, and you will see the entrance to the New York Botanical Garden on your left.

  • Train and Walk

    Start at the Norwalk station and take a Metro-North train toward Grand Central Terminal. After about 50 minutes, you will arrive at Grand Central. From there, follow the signs to the subway and take the 4 train (green line) toward Woodlawn. After approximately 28 minutes, get off at the Bronx Park East station. Once you exit the station, walk north for about 0.7 miles along Bronx Park East. Turn right onto Southern Boulevard, and the New York Botanical Garden will be on your left-hand side.
