Walking
If you are in central Jaco, start by heading towards the beach. From the main avenue (Avenida Pastor Diaz), walk straight until you reach the beach. Once at the beach, turn left and walk along the beachfront road (Costanera Sur) for about 10 to 15 minutes. You will see Costa Rica Paragliding on your left, near the entrance to the beach area.

From anywhere in Jaco, locate the nearest bus stop on Avenida Pastor Diaz. Look for buses heading towards the southern beaches. Get on the bus and ask the driver to drop you off at 'Costa Rica Paragliding' or 'Costanera Sur'. The ride usually takes about 10 minutes. Once you get off, you may need to walk a short distance back towards the beach to find the paragliding spot.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a local taxi or rideshare service. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Costa Rica Paragliding' on Costanera Sur. This option is convenient and will take around 5 to 10 minutes depending on your starting location.
