Walking
From the center of Jaco, head towards the beach on Avenida Pastor Díaz. Walk along the beachfront promenade until you reach the intersection with Calle de los Cocos. Turn left onto Calle de los Cocos and continue walking until you reach the main road, Route 34 (Carretera Costanera). Cross the road carefully, and you'll see the signs indicating the direction to Playa Hermosa. Follow the path towards Playa Hermosa, which is about a 30-minute walk. Once you arrive at Playa Hermosa, look for the signs leading to Mirador de Jacó. The mirador is located on a hill overlooking the ocean, and you may need to hike a short distance uphill to reach it.

Biking
Rent a bike from one of the local shops in Jaco. Start your journey from the center of Jaco and ride towards Playa Hermosa via Avenida Pastor Díaz. After about 3 kilometers, you will reach Route 34 (Carretera Costanera). Turn left onto Route 34 and continue until you reach the signs for Playa Hermosa. Follow the signs to the beach, and then locate the path that leads up to Mirador de Jacó. It’s a bit of an uphill ride, but the views are worth the effort.

Public Transport
Take a local bus from Jaco to Playa Hermosa. Buses leave regularly from the main bus station in Jaco. Board the bus that is headed to Playa Hermosa, which is usually marked with a sign. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Playa Hermosa, ask the bus driver or locals for directions to Mirador de Jacó. It’s a short hike uphill from the beach, so be prepared for a bit of walking.
