From Manuel Antonio National Park, start by heading east on Route 618 toward Quepos. Continue for about 6 km until you reach Route 34. Merge onto Route 34 heading south. After approximately 30 km, take the exit toward San Isidro de El General, which will lead you onto Route 2. Follow Route 2 for about 20 km, then take the exit for San Luis Morete. Continue straight for about 5 km, and you will find Café Don Emilio on your left.

From Manuel Antonio National Park, walk to the nearest bus stop in Quepos. Catch a bus heading to San Isidro de El General. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in San Isidro, look for local buses or taxis that can take you to San Luis Morete. Inform the driver you want to go to Café Don Emilio, which is about 10 km from San Isidro. The café will be on your left side as you approach it.
