Getting There

Walking
Start from the center of Monteverde, near the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. Head south on the main road, Calle 606. Continue walking for about 2.5 kilometers (1.5 miles) until you reach the intersection with Route 502. At this intersection, you will see signs directing you to La Fortuna. Turn right onto Route 502 and continue for approximately 10 kilometers (6.2 miles). You will eventually arrive in San Carlos. Look for a sign that says 'F88R+R48' on your left. La Fortuna Wellness will be located at that address.

Public Bus
From the Monteverde bus terminal, take a bus heading to La Fortuna. Buses leave several times a day, so check the schedule for the next departure. The bus ride takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in La Fortuna, ask the bus driver or locals for directions to F88R+R48, C. 502. It's a short walk from the bus stop; head south on the main road until you see the address. La Fortuna Wellness will be on your right.
