Getting There

    If you're starting from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, simply head towards the Pile Gate (Vrata od Pila), which is the main entrance to the Old Town. As you approach the gate, you'll see the fortifications on your left. Enter through the Pile Gate and follow the signs for the city walls (Dubrovacke zidine). The ticket office is located just inside the gate, where you can purchase your entry ticket.

    If you are at the Dubrovnik Cathedral, exit towards the east side and walk down the main street (Petra Kresimira IV) until you reach the Pile Gate. Follow the same instructions as above to enter the city walls.

    From the Stradun (the main street in Old Town), walk towards the Pile Gate. Look for the large stone archway and proceed through the gate. After passing through, you will find the entrance to the city walls on your left.
